Dia de la Madre, celebrated on the second Sunday of May, is the biggest flower holiday in Colombia, where families use these arrangements to express their love and gratitude. San Valentin, also known as Dia del Amor y la Amistad in September, is another popular event where these bouquets are exchanged.
