Send Flowers to Sincelejo, Colombia

Sincelejo is the capital of Sucre in the Caribbean lowlands of Colombia, a market town for the surrounding sabana farmland, about an hour from the beaches of Tolú and Coveñas. It is known for the Fiestas del 20 de Enero and for fandango music. Sincelejanos living abroad send flowers home for a mother's birthday, a new baby or a family in mourning.

Colombia celebrates Mother's Day on the second Sunday of May and it is the main occasion for flowers in Sincelejo. The January festivities are when families reunite and a bouquet for the house is a warm gesture. Día de la Mujer on 8 March is also popular. In mourning, friends send flowers to the velación and the novena that follows.

Order before midnight local time for next-day delivery in Sincelejo. We need the recipient's phone number so the florist can call ahead and reschedule if nobody is home. Roses, lilies, mixed bouquets and plants are generally available; in a smaller city the florist may propose a close equivalent if a specific flower is not stocked.
